Luggage Size & Weight Limitations
- The maximum weight allowed per luggage piece is 32 kilograms (70 pounds).
- The maximum dimensions allowed per luggage piece are 32 inches per side, with a total length + width + height not exceeding 180 centimeters.
- Sports equipment up to 230 cm, including ski bags, bicycle bags, and golf bags, is accepted.
- Luggage types that can be transported include suitcases, cartons, backpacks, bags, briefcases, strollers, and sports equipment.
- If you have items exceeding these specifications, please contact our 24-hour customer service for assistance.
Oversize & Overweight Luggage Charges
If your luggage exceeds the specified weight or size limitations, an additional fee will apply:
- $19 per item exceeding the weight limit.
- $19 per item exceeding the size limit.
If luggage exceeds the permitted dimensions upon collection, we reserve the right to cancel the service without issuing a refund.
