The luggage weight must not exceed 32 kilograms (70 pounds), and the dimensions must not exceed 32 inches (with a total length and width not exceeding 180 centimeters).

Your luggage can include suitcases, cartons, backpacks, bags, briefcases, strollers, and sports equipment under 230 cm (such as ski bags, bicycle bags, and golf bags). For other items, please get in touch with our 24-hour customer service.

If the luggage is found to exceed the specified dimensions at the time of collection, we reserve the right to cancel the service without issuing a refund. The fee calculation method is as follows:
