Change Policy
- Change before 00:00, 3 days before the service date → After the deadline, services are not guaranteed and require manual review. If changes and reservations are accepted, an emergency processing fee of US$25 will be charged.
(Example: Service date Oct 10 → change before Oct 9, 00:00)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel before 00:00, 3 days before the service date → US$10 handling fee
(Example: Service date Oct 10 → cancel before Oct 7, 00:00)
- Cancel after 00:00, 3 days before the service date → No refund
No-show / Late Arrival Policy
- Late arrival over 30 minutes and unable to contact the customer → Treated as No Show
Flight Delay / Cancellation Policy
- Flight delayed within 1 hour:
LuggAgent will adjust the waiting time to match the actual delay.
- Flight delayed more than 1 hour:
LuggAgent may cancel the order and issue a 50% refund.
- Flight cancellation notified 24 hours before service time:
A US$10 cancellation fee will be charged.
- Flight cancellation not notified 24 hours before service time:
LuggAgent may cancel the order and issue a 50% refund.
