• London: Book 24 hours in advance: Prior to your desired time of use for Hotel cases in the selected cities including.

• Birmingham, Dublin, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Oxford, Manchester and all Airbnb cases: Book 72 hours in advance.

• Confirmation email from LuggAgent will be sent through within 24 hours. If you don't see any confirmation, please reach out to customer support.

• From Airport:

We recommend booking a pickup time 1-2 hours after your international flight arrival time. For example, if your international flight arrives at 11:45 AM, we suggest scheduling the pickup between 1:45 PM and 2:15 PM.

Please refer to the confirmation email from LuggAgent which includes instructions of the airport meeting point for in-person handover.

• To Hotel:

Your bags will be delivered to your hotel reception before 9:00 PM on the same day. In-person delivery is not available.

• To Airbnb:

We will deliver your bags to your Airbnb host or leave them in your room. Please provide us with the host's name and phone number or the room key password. Please note that in-person delivery is not available.

• From Hotel:

Please drop off your bags at the hotel reception and send us a photo of your luggage along with the storage receipt before your scheduled pickup time. Please note that our agent will retrieve your luggage according to the planned route, and we will notify you once it's collected.

• From Airbnb:

Meet on the ground floor in person within a 30-minute time slot. For example, if you book at 10:00 AM, our agent will arrive between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM to collect your bags.

• To Hotel:
