2. From Hokkaido/Chubu Ski Resort Hotels to Kanto/Kansai/Otaru/Sapporo Hotels- Store Luggage at Ski Resort Hotel: By 11:00 AM at the front desk.
- Delivery to Destination Hotel: Next day by 9:00 PM.
- Service Area: Tokyo 23 Wards, Disneyland Area, Yokohama City, Osaka City, Kyoto City, Kobe City, Nara City, Sapporo City, Otaru City, Niseko, Tomamu, Kiroro, Furano, Rusutsu, Jozankei, Naeba, Nozawa, Karuizawa, Yuzawa, Hakuba.
- 30 mins free waiting for pickup and delivery, you will be charged USD 10 per 15 minutes afterwards. For any late situation, please refer to the order process policy.
- Up to USD 1000 luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage.
- Luggage must not weigh more than 32kg (70lbs) and measure less than 32 inches (length and width total 180cm). Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton box, backpack, bag, briefcase, or stroller. We also deliver ski gears and other sport equipment, must not weigh more than 32kg (70lbs) and measure less than 32 inches (length and width total 230cm).
- If the luggage does not meet any of the legal rules, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. You must bear all the losses and any legal liabilities.
- Cancellations made 72 hours before the service start time are eligible for a full refund, minus a USD 10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable. Changes to the order can be made up to 24 hours before the service start time. If changes cannot be made after the deadline, resulting in a loss, the payment will not be refunded.
