예약일 하루 전날에 메일로 연락이 옵니다 이용 안내와 픽업 장소를 안내해주는데 저는 호텔-공항 이동 서비스를 예약했는데 너무 좋았어요 호텔에 이 서비스에 대해서 보여드리니 짐만 맡아주셨고 예약시간에 직원분이 오셔서 가져가는 시스템입니다 호텔 보관증을 메일로 제출하라고 하는데 따로 필요없이 캐리어에 이름만 써서 사진을 메일로 보내드렸어요 메일 답장은 15분이내입니다 받았다는 픽업 사진과 함께 공항 도착 시간에 딱 맞게 도착해주셨고 어디에 계신지 층수와 출구까지 안내해주는 메일이 있어서 쉽게 받았습니다 시간만 잘 지키고 메일 확인을 제대로 한다면 여행 시 최고의 서비스 인 거 같아요! 금액이 높지만 육체적으로 피곤함이 없으니 이 서비스를 다음에도 또 이용할 거 같습니다 이용 방법도 어렵지 않았고 친절하고 아주 좋은 서비스임은 분명합니다
This would have to be the best service ever for a traveller to use. We were very very nervous about leaving all our bags at the hotel and while we were waiting at the airport for them to arrive as it was our first time using this time of service. However we couldnt recommend are more convenient user friendly service. Our courier driver was wonderful. He was very apologetic due late traffic but thankfully the LuggAgent team had kept us up to date as we started to become concerned (first time jitters) Thanks to LuggAgent and our Japanese courier we will be using luggage drop offs all the time.
Didn’t expect that i will be booking this, it’s a must for those who love shopping. Haha. I had a big box for the omiyage which weigh 30kg and this helped me a lot. check out time for most hotels is 11am, my flight is 8:35pm on that day. Imagine carrying 30kgs per luggage while transporting which is such a hassle. I’d recommend getting this. Super convenient!! I was able to meet the driver on time, easy pick up location also. Thank you very much!

This year, we are building a technological platform with the objective to connect all stakeholders in the travel ecosystem, namely, Airports, Airlines, OTAs, Hotels, Banks, Shopping Malls, with 3rd party service providers and travellers. Only through such a integrated global network, that we could offer our fellow travelers a truly seamless experience. We want to do the heavy logistical lifting so that they can focus on the adventure.
