Booking Process:

• Service Scope: Within a 15 km radius of the city center.
• Delivery to Airbnb: Only "host reception on behalf" or "providing a password to allow us to deliver luggage inside the room" is accepted. Personal handover at a specific time is not allowed.
• 30 mins free waiting for pickup and delivery, you will be charged USD 10 per 15 minutes afterwards. For any late situation, please refer to the order process policy.
• Up to USD 1000 luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage.
• Luggage must not weigh more than 32kg (70lbs) and measure less than 32 inches (length and width total 180cm). Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton box, backpack, bag, briefcase, ski board bag or stroller.
• If the luggage does not meet any of the legal rules, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. You must bear all the losses and any legal liabilities.
• Cancellations made 72 hours before the service start time are eligible for a full refund, minus a USD 10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable. Changes to the order can be made up to 24 hours before the service start time. If changes cannot be made after the deadline, resulting in a loss, the payment will not be refunded.
