Luggage Arrives At Destination
To Hotel / Airbnb: Your luggage will arrive before 9 PM. To Airport: Retrieve your luggage at the airport meeting point with our agent according to your chosen time.

Can I specify the collection/delivery time?
Luggage Send-Out: Airport: You can schedule your send-out between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We recommend choosing a time 1 - 1.5 hours after your flight arrives, with a 30-minute buffer included. Hotel / Airbnb: Please leave your luggage at the front desk before 11:00 AM. For Airbnb, you'll need to meet the driver directly on the ground floor. Luggage Delivery: Airport: You can schedule your luggage delivery between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We recommend at least 2 hours before your flight departure, with a 30-minute buffer included. Hotel / Airbnb: The delivery time cannot be specified, but your luggage will arrive before 9:00 PM the same day.
Where should I meet the driver after arriving at the airport?
Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport meeting point. After arrival, you can contact our customer service if you need any support.
Will the driver collect the luggage directly from me at the hotel?
No, please make sure to follow the storage instructions to store your luggage at the hotel's reception. The time you leave your luggage at the hotel does not coincide with the time our agent collects it. After sending a photo of your luggage to our customer service, you may leave, and we will notify you when the luggage is collected according to the route.
Can orders be canceled or changed? What's the deadline?
A US$10 fee is charged for cancellations, and cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Reservation changes must be made by noon the day before the service date (local time); changes beyond this time are not guaranteed without manual review, and an emergency handling fee of US$25 may be charged if changes are accepted.
What happens if there is a natural disaster?
If a natural disaster (such as a typhoon or earthquake) causes transportation disruptions or safety concerns, we will email you to cancel the service on the same day. As this is beyond our control, refunds will not be available. I appreciate your understanding.
How will I get updates on my luggage status?
We will notify you via email when your luggage is picked up and when it arrives at your destination. For LINE, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms, we mainly respond to inquiries rather than providing status updates.
