Book in advance: 24 hours prior to your desired time of use for Hotel cases

Book in advance: 72 hours prior to your desired time of use for Airbnb cases.

Please drop off your bags at the hotel counter and send us a photo of your luggage along with the storage receipt before your scheduled pickup time.

• From Airbnb：9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Meet on the ground floor within a 30-minute time slot.

For example, if you book at 10:00 AM, our agent will arrive between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM to collect your bags.

• From Airport：9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We recommend booking a pickup time at least 2 hours after your international flight arrival or 1 hour after your domestic flight arrival.

For example, if your international flight arrives at 11:45 AM, we suggest scheduling the pickup between 1:45 PM and 2:15 PM.

  • To Hotel: Before 9:00 PM

Your bags will be delivered to your hotel room before 9:00 PM on the same day.

• To Airbnb: Before 9:00 PM

We will deliver your bags to your Airbnb host or leave them in your room. Please provide us with the host's name and phone number or the room key password.

• To Airport：3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

We recommend booking the bag delivery service at least 2 hours before your flight departure time.

For example, if your flight departs at 5:45 PM, please schedule the delivery between 3:45 PM and 4:15 PM.
