BEST DECISION EVER!!!!!!! Since it was winter time when we went there so we have a lot of stuff and luggage for the clothes alone so it added pa when we did shopping. Imagine carrying 30kgs per luggage while transporting which is such a hassle. I’d recommend getting this. Super convenient!!
This would have to be the best service ever for a traveller to use. We were very very nervous about leaving all our bags at the hotel and while we were waiting at the airport for them to arrive as it was our first time using this time of service. However we couldnt recommend are more convenient user friendly service. Our courier driver was wonderful. He was very apologetic due late traffic but thankfully the LuggAgent team had kept us up to date as we started to become concerned (first time jitters) Thanks to LuggAgent and our Japanese courier we will be using luggage drop offs all the time.
best service ever. my flight was at night time around 11 plus and my check out time was at 11am. so i use this service to take my 2 big luggage from my air bnb to and receive my luggage at around 7 plus . very punctual. the extra time still can visit other places without our heavy luggage
Didn’t expect that i will be booking this, it’s a must for those who love shopping. Haha. I had a big box for the omiyage which weigh 28kg and this helped me a lot. check out time for most hotels is 11am, my flight is 8:35pm on that day so i had no worries carrying my luggages, i was able to meet the driver on time, easy pick up location also. Only through such a integrated global network, that we could offer our fellow travelers a truly seamless experience. We want to do the heavy logistical lifting so that they can focus on the adventure.
