Hotel to Hotel Luggage Service

From Hotel: Store your luggage at the counter before the collection time, and send us photos of your luggage and storage receipt. Please note that the hotel collection time is when you drop off the luggage, NOT the time when our agent actually goes to collect your luggage. After you provide the photos, you can leave first. We will notify you once your luggage has been collected according to the designated route.
From Airbnb: Meet at the ground floor with a 30 mins time slot. E.g. Book 10:00 AM. Driver will arrive between 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM.
To Hotel: Please send us the hotel booking confirmation document, the luggage will be delivered to the hotel and stored under your name.
To Airbnb: Only allows ‘delivery to the host’ or ‘provide key password for agents to drop off luggage’. Delivery in person is NOT allowed. Please provide the host’s contact number or the check-in key info.
Things to Note
- 30 mins free waiting for collection at the airport, you will be charged USD 5 per 15 minutes afterwards. For any late situation, please refer to the order process policy.
- You will be charged by credit card for additional bags which are not booked in the order. If you need to add bags to your order, please contact the customer support team.
- The luggage weight must not exceed 32 kilograms (70 pounds), and the dimensions must not exceed 32 inches (with a total length and width not exceeding 180 centimeters). Your luggage can be a suitcase, cardboard box, backpack, bag, briefcase, ski bag, or stroller…etc. If the luggage is found to exceed the specified dimensions during check-in, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or charge an additional handling fee. Please refer to the luggage regulation.
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and we no longer bear any responsibility.
- If the luggage does not meet any of the legal rules, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. You must bear all the losses and any legal liabilities.
Up to USD 500 luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
