Hotel to Hotel Luggage Service
From Hotel / Airbnb
- From Hotel: Please fill out a note as per template, take a photo of it along with your luggage, and send it to us. When you store your luggage at the front desk, please hand the note and your luggage to the hotel staff. After you store your luggage at the front desk, send us a photo of your luggage and the storage receipt, if available. You may leave when the storage is done. Our agent will retrieve your luggage according to the planned route, and we will notify you once it's collected.
- From Airbnb: Meet the agent at the ground floor with a 30 mins time slot. E.g. Book 10:00 AM. Agent will arrive between 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM.
- If necessary, kindly reach out to customer service for the storage guide which helps communicate with the hotel staff when storing luggage
To Hotel / Airbnb
- To Hotel: Please share the hotel booking name and number to customer service at least 1 day prior to the service date, the luggage will be delivered to the hotel and stored under your name. Please ensure that your hotel offers storage services. If not, please inform customer service at least 24 hours in advance as we need to arrange for a face-to-face pickup, which will incur an additional fee.
- To Airbnb: Only allows ‘delivery to the host’ or ‘provide key password for agents to drop off luggage’. Delivery in person is NOT allowed. Please provide the host’s contact number or the check-in key info.
- Your luggage will be delivered before 9:00 PM, same day.

Things to Note
- 30 mins free waiting for collection at the airport, you will be charged USD 10 per 15 minutes afterwards. For example, if the collection time is 9:00-9:30 AM, then waiting fee applies from 9:31 AM. For any late situation, please refer to the order process policy.
- You will be charged by credit card for additional bags which are not booked in the order. If you need to add bags to your order, please contact the customer support team.
- The luggage weight must not exceed 32 kilograms (70 pounds), and the dimensions must not exceed 32 inches (with a total length and width not exceeding 180 centimeters). Your luggage can be a suitcase, cardboard box, backpack, bag, briefcase, ski bag, or stroller…etc. If the luggage is found to exceed the specified dimensions during check-in, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or charge an additional handling fee. Please refer to the luggage regulation.
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and we no longer bear any responsibility.
- If the luggage does not meet any of the legal rules, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. You must bear all the losses and any legal liabilities.
Up to USD 500 luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
